This site shows the type of assessments given and how it's connected to KY standards. I would definitely use this to prepare my students for the KY state tests. I would use it to integrate into my classroom, so students wouldn't actually know they're being prepared for the tests.

KY State Common Core
The common core contains all the standards needed for the various different grade levels. The site lists out each grade level so it is easy to access for any teacher trying to navigate the standards. Each grade level then is categorized into the standard levels and timing of when to be taught. I would most definitely use this for lesson planning in my classroom.
